    • Absolute Beginner Silks - Wednesday

    This class is designed for anyone and everyone who has never even laid hands on an aerial silk (or maybe played on one once or twice). This is a fun, safe and creative class to introduce you into the amazing world of aerial silks. You will work on different climbs, inverts and learn the names of foundational moves on the silks. This class will also focus on some floor work useful for strengthening and stabilizing the body for play in the air. **Note: Most students take this series 2-3 times (combined w/ Stretching series) before moving to Silks 1.

    YES, you may drop into this class for $30. Please message Afterglowpdx@gmail.com and let us know when you will be coming and what your background with aerial, if any, is. Show up to class 15 minutes early, bringing cash or card. You may also pay online (in the Drop-in classes section) and show your teacher a screenshot of your receipt.

    • Number of students:

      We need a minimum of 3 students to run a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be credited another class of equal value or refunded. 

      To allow each student enough time on the apparatus and attention from instructors, our class sizes are limited to 8 students per teacher to benefit everyone.
