Aerial Conditioning - Wednesdays
Working out is fun with coach Marina Karadjieva. The class is designed for adults & ages 16 and up with focus on safely and mindfully executing each skill while increasing range of motion, flexibility, strength, improving balance and preventing injuries. Aerial Conditioning is a full body workout on the floor and in the air, on a variety of aerial and fitness equipment. Participants will gain a repertoire of strengthening and stretching techniques to safely use at home. All Levels are welcome.

YES, you may drop into this class for $30. Call or email afterglowpdx@gmail.com beforehand to make sure there's room. Show up to class 15 minutes early, bringing cash or card. You may also pay online (in the Drop-in classes section) and show your teacher a screenshot of your receipt.
